Flanca shader part 1 (shader and coloring)
The rendering engine which I used for rendering the character is called “PSOFT Pencil+ 4”. It is a 3ds Max plugin which is specified for render Japanese anime style toon shader.
(I cannot find a video for the 3ds max version. So, I put a Maya version here.)
Before this project I did not have any experience on coloring things by illustration way. So, I found learnt from tons of reference and tutorial. I made a coloring test on 2D canvas first, then I covert the color scheme I used to a gradient scale and applied it to the 3d toon shader’s parameter zone.

Metal and Gem:
Metal shader nodes, have a high saturation color in dark zone:
Gem shader node, it is a combination of three shader: Type A gem, Type B gem and shell shader.
Type A and B gem have a specialized reflection curve which create a look of gem. They will be assigned to every other face on an object. At last, a transparent duplicand of the gem object will be placed on top and assigned with the third shader to make the gem look even better.
